Are you in the mood for aggressive, straight up, girl fronted psych-punk-rock. (I think that’s the best way to describe them) Then let me introduce you to, Dynasty Electric. With a sound that is reminiscent of Yeah Yeah Yeahs or Blondie, they sound hypnotic, yet rugged. Jenny Electric provides the seductive lyrics, and Seth MIsterka handles the song writing, and the instrumentation.
Former Jay-Z collegaue Dame Dash actually found out about this band and decided to sign them to BlueRoc Records. He then introduced the BK duo to Ski Beatz, who produced this first single, “Golden Arrows”.
I love how the video is all filmed on a city bus, as it looks like it was such a fun time to film. The album also titled, Golden Arrows, is due this spring.
